We deliver to addresses across UK mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Deliveries run six days a week (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM) with two-day advance notice from our courier partner.

Free delivery is available in selected regions. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey and Channel Islands are excluded.

Standard UK mainland: typically 3–7 working days from order confirmation.

Surcharge postcodes: up to 3 weeks. Our team will confirm your delivery window when you place your order.

Flats: free delivery up to 1st floor (no lift). £10 per additional floor without lift access — select your floor on the product page.

Houses: ground-floor delivery as standard. Upper floors with lift: no extra charge.
